Shipping Facts

• Shipping charges apply within US only. For competitive foreign rates, please contact us.

• Shipping is free on all accessories, eyepieces and filters purchased with any telescope

• Bundle shipping of accessories, eyepieces and filters:

• We ship UPS ground. If you need rush delivery, please call us to discuss shipping charges.

• You will receive a confirmation e-mail informing you of the stock levels on the items contained in your order and including your order number

• All stock items will ship within 48 hours of receiving the order.

• In the event of temporary backorder on certain items, we may hold the rest of the order for you or ship it immediately at an additional shipping charge. We will let you make the choice by answering the confirmation e-mail you will receive upon submitting your order.

Return Policy

• All normal stock items are returnable for 100% refund within 30 days of purchase if returned in new and resellable condition.

• All special order returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Warranty

• All telescopes and accessories are covered under 1 year manufacturer warranty.

• All binoculars are covered under life time warranty.
